J. Michael Heil, Chairman & CEO of Adaptive states: “While our improving financial performance during Q3, 2018 was partially supported by the increased ad frequency during the mid-term election period, we also credit it to the company’s technical team consistently improving our advanced digital ad insertion technology and continuing to increase the number of new installations that we then contract for our services. This has proven to be especially effective in the underserved markets of Tier 2 and Tier 3 network installations. Our technology allows us to serve these markets economically, react dynamically to fast changing market conditions and continue to improve our financial performance.”
Mr. Heil continues: ”Today’s ad insertion market is a dynamic marketplace. In the complex world of Television, flexibility is key. Ad insertion companies today need to be much more flexible in their thinking than they have been historically. Continuing to develop new digital systems and adjusting to new TV viewing and mobile ad consumption habits, is crucial for the success of any ad insertion company today. The TV ad market is robust and new digital applications will provide new revenue platforms for the companies that develop these new technologies and services. Being able to provide services on an economical basis for this always changing landscape, especially in underserved markets, is a determining factor for financial success. Adaptive thrives to always be on the leading edge of this development.”
Adaptive Ad Systems currently derives almost all revenue from Cable TV advertising sales it generates via its installed network of Adaptive owned digital ad insertion and streaming media hardware and proprietary processing software for the Cable TV market.
