Covan’s Properties LLC Announces $3 Million Investment in Honea Path, SC

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. – Covan’s Properties LLC, known by the project name Project Briarwood, has announced plans to invest approximately $3 million in building and restoration projects in Honea Path within Anderson County over the next five years.

The proposed investment will support ongoing redevelopment and revitalization efforts within Honea Path contributing to Anderson County’s growing reputation as a destination for business investment and quality development.

The project will include restoration of historic downtown buildings, improvements to commercial properties, and upgrades within the community. These improvements are designed to enhance the visual appeal, functionality, and economic vitality of Honea Path’s business district, while creating opportunities for growth and community engagement.
