Update to European Referral and Fulfilment by Amazon fees for 2026

December 2, 2025

Independent sellers across Europe are thriving by selling in Amazon’s store. We have built a partnership that has enabled hundreds of thousands of businesses to reach customers across Europe and around the world.

Today, more than 60% of the sales in Amazon’s store come from independent sellers – most of which are small and medium-sized businesses. EU-based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) sold over 1.3 billion products worldwide through Amazon last year. These entrepreneurs are creating an estimated 350,000 jobs across the EU, many in rural areas. We are committed to ensuring that selling in Amazon’s store remains the best way for these businesses to thrive.

Near the end of each year, we provide our selling partners with an update on changes to Referral, Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), and other fees related to selling in Amazon’s store. These updates are designed to further enhance our partnership in serving customers, enable sellers to build thriving businesses, and create long-term value for sellers and our store.

In 2026, we will lower fees by an average of £0.15/€0.17per unit sold across Europe. The changes include FBA fulfilment fee reductions for parcels, expanded Low-Price FBA eligibility, and referral fee reductions in high-volume categories like clothing and accessories, home products, grocery, vitamins, and pet clothing and food.

This update reflects the work we have done for years to optimise our operations and fulfilment network. As we continue to lower our cost to serve through operational improvements and innovation, we are passing on greater savings to our selling partners, providing them with an even greater value by selling in Amazon’s store. These reductions also align European fees with changes we have made in other countries, including in the U.S., as we continue to drive our costs to serve lower around the world.

As we reduce fees where costs have decreased, we are also making targeted adjustments to optimise fulfilment network efficiency and ensure capacity is available for fast-moving and healthy selection.

The independent sellers who sell in the Amazon store across Europe continue to drive innovation, create jobs, and bring incredible products to customers. I continue to be grateful for our amazing partnership.
