On this, the dawn of a new year, myriad clues indicate that 2025 will be a year of discovery, disclosure, unveilings and embarking in new directions. The kickoff sees NASA, performing the most amazing space exploration and demonstration of astrophysics and technology ever performed by mankind. The 1.5 billion Parker Solar Probe is the first spacecraft ever named after a living person, that being astrophysicist Eugene Newman Parker who pioneered theory on solar wind, flares and solar impacts on the Earth.

Launched in 2018, after performing seven orbital  slingshot maneuvers around Venus, the probe was hurled at 394,736 mph toward the Sun. After 21 solar orbits that maneuvered the probe closer, the gravitational pull of the Sun accelerated the probe to speeds approaching 430,000 mph. This is the fastest speed ever attained by any earth based spacecraft, also being ten times faster than Voyager. At this speed it could make a trip from London to NY in less than 30 seconds.  In comparison, however, at this speed it would take 7,000 years to reach the next closest star, Alpha Centauri. 

It was Christmas Eve when the probe entered the outer atmosphere of the Sun, for the close fly by, at a distance of 3.8 million miles from the surface.  Dubbed the corona the temperature of this layer of the Sun’s atmosphere is mysteriously much hotter than the surface.  This was to be the closest point of data gathering and the ultimate test of the spacecraft design. Temperatures in this region can soar to millions of degrees during solar winds that also contain particles travelling at near light speed.  Due to lack of density in space the shield of the probe was exposed to reduced effective heat, still however, equaling a blistering 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, including levels of radiation that normally would destroy electronics. Protection of the probe was accomplished by a 4.5 inch thick carbon-composite foam shield sandwiched between two carbon plates with a shielding face of white ceramic coating applied as a plasma spray. NASA engineers had utmost confidence in the protective shielding and onboard cooling system yet still the strategy was to ‘get in and out fast.’

The mood at mission control was extremely tense as they awaited an initial graphic signal (green heart), indicating survival, transmitted back to earth from the probe.  The probe had to fend for itself and make its own emergency decisions. During  the dangerous time of emersion in the corona, it would take takes 16 minutes for round trip communication with earth. The on board programmed intelligence was immersed in the unknown, alone, with our Sun. As the probe emerged from the corona at 05:00 Friday Dec. 27^th GMT,  a green heart graphic was received, indicating general spacecraft health. The signal was received three more times (unexpected) as if the craft was excited to set mission control at ease. The probe will begin a robust transmission of telemetry and housekeeping data back to earth on New Year’s Day 2025 and, if all goes well, contents of the Parker Solar Probe data recorders will be transmitted home throughout January. 

January 1^st 2025 will see this pinnacle achievement in space exploration increase humanities understanding of our Sun. 2025 has several other intriguing revelations in store that have been Q’ed up previously and can be expected to play out  this year. Testimony before Congress and statements from an ever increasing number of whistleblowers is bringing queries about the existence of retrieved UAP-UFO crashed spacecraft and reverse engineered technologies to a head. The tension and mystery of hundreds of public drone sightings including and amongst which are accounts of what are being classified as Orbs, Plasmoids and extraterrestrial phenomena, adds to the likelihood that the truth will be revealed  sometime soon. Changes in public awareness regarding exposures to toxins, plastics, forever chemicals bad drugs, and failures of our laws and regulations to protect public safety and health, continue to build momentum and feed an  urgency and rising demand for protection. Self preservation now and for the sake of future generations, begins by making the unknown, known.  2025 is indeed gearing up to be a year of discovery, disclosure, truth and new directions.
