Amazon has introduced a handful of robots in its warehouses that the e-commerce giant says will improve efficiency and reduce employee injuries. Proteus, an autonomous mobile robot that operates on the floor, can move carts around a warehouse. Amazon says Robin is currently being used in dozens of warehouses.
