ANN ARBOR, MI — City Administrator Milton Dohoney said he’s unaware of any other Ann Arbor development that has reached the magnitude of Arbor South.

The proposed project could bring over 1,000 new housing units, a 150-room hotel and restaurant, retail and office spaces to the State Street and Eisenhower Parkway area.
