SPOKANE, Wash. — Police are looking for a suspect after one person was killed in a shooting near the Amazon fulfillment facility along I-90 west of Spokane on Monday.

Police blocked off roads near the intersection of Geiger Boulevard and Hayford Road as they investigated.

Several Spokane County Sheriff’s Office deputy and Spokane Valley Police Department vehicles could be seen in that area. Police also appeared to fly a drone over the nearby Amazon fulfillment center.

A release from sheriff’s office said one person shot another person and that about two or three people, including the shooter, left the area.

Deputies arrived and found the victim lying near the road. Deputies attempted to resuscitate the victim using CPR, but the victim died at the scene.
