Watson Rx Solutions Earns Two Prestigious Pharmaceutical Accreditations from URAC

Distinct honor gives the Dalrada healthcare subsidiary added industry credibility and access to a larger customer base.

WatsonRx earned both accreditations after a lengthy process that saw the pharmacy successfully complete a thorough set of training, organizational, and quality control exercises in adherence to URAC’s established 4.0 standards. Watson Rx is now permitted to display official URAC Certification Seals on its website and printed materials. Additionally, the pharmacy will be added to URAC’s list of accredited pharmacies, adding validity and providing increased visibility.

According to URAC, pharmacies that achieve the Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation demonstrate the highest value in delivering enhanced clinical services to payers, manufacturers, and providers. Additionally, they provide a quality service that demonstrates best practices, high standards, and exceptional capabilities, and a consistent and optimized experience while enhancing patient and provider satisfaction.

URAC’s Mail Service Pharmacy Accreditation standards and mail order pharmacy requirements cover core organizational quality, customer service, communications and disclosure, drug utilization management, pharmacy operations and a process for mail service outcomes measurement and quality improvement.
