When is Amazon Prime Day 2025?
Amazon is diverting from tradition this year, bumping what has typically been a two-day sales event up to four days. It’s also arriving a week earlier than last year, starting at 12am on Tuesday 8 July and ending at midnight on Friday 11 July. That means you now have a 96-hour window to make the most the deals on offer.
Is Prime Day Exclusive to Prime Members?
To take advantage of Amazon Prime Day, you will need a Prime membership. If you haven’t signed up already, you can get a 30-day free trial, which you can cancel before it renews after the sale ends and you won’t be charged.
As well as unlocking Amazon’s member-exclusive events, including Black Friday, you’ll also gain access to a host of other benefits, such as:
- Unlimited one-day delivery at no additional cost.
- Same day delivery available at no extra cost in selected postcodes.
- 30-minute early access to Lightning Deals during sales events.
- Access to Prime Video where you can stream thousands of movies and TV shows.
- Access to Amazon Prime Music, with over 100 million songs.
How to Find Prime Day Deals
As ever, there will be thousands of deals and discounts this Prime Day running during the 96-hour sale. But the good news is that Prime Day is arguably the easiest online sale to spot and verify genuine offers.
Using the CamelCamelCamel web plug-in, you can view the entire price history of each product to see whether it’s been cheaper at any other time. It’s not perfect, but it should give you a good indication of a deal’s authenticity.
You should always check other sites where a product you like is stocked too. If it’s cheaper or just as cheap elsewhere, it may not be a genuine deal.
In any case, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the best deals throughout the sale, covering the best offers across the following topics and be here to guide you towards the discounts worthy of your time.
