It’s go time on the best Prime Day kitchen deals. Yes, Amazon’s October Prime Day sale (actually called Amazon Prime Big Deal Days) is officially underway. And while this two-day sales event is a great time to get a head start on your holiday shopping, it’s an even better time to stock up on everything you need for holiday cooking—plus gear for all the cleanup that comes before and after the holidays.

The only downside? Trying to find the lowest price on a new espresso machine or frying pan can be completely overwhelming—and we know from years of testing kitchen gear that an Amazon bestseller may not be the best at what it does. Some of my favorite products are on sale, including a hand soap designed for cooks that has me smelling my hands every time I wash them, a super-versatile dish scrubby, an adorable little broom-and-dustpan set I use to sweep off my counter and table, my favorite air purifier for the kitchen, washing machine cleaning tablets I use every time I wash kitchen linens, and a floor cleaning device from Tineco that will vacuum and mop your hard floors (and might even get under some of your kitchen appliances).

The V15s Detect Submarine is a Dyson stick vacuum with an additional wet mopping component that can be attached to the shaft just like you’d attach the hard floor roller or motorized rug roller. Unlike a true vac mop, which simultaneously mops and vacuums at the same time, the Submarine vacuums and mops separately, with separate heads. It doesn’t suck up anything while it mops (the motor just powers the microfiber mop roller and water situation) so it doesn’t clean hard floors in one pass like a mop vac does. But in my product testing, I found that even the best vac mop sucks at vacuuming rugs—and that’s where the V15s Detect Submarine excels. It is, first and foremost, a powerful Dyson stick vacuum. It also happens to have an optional wet-mopping function. It’s not perfect, but for a do-it-all device, it’s pretty damn close. And right now, it’s 19% off. Duralex Picardie tumblers are ubiquitous because they’re timeless, versatile (I use the 8-ounce glasses for my flat whites), stackable, and they come in a handful of fun colors. They’re also super durable; I once dropped one into my cast iron sink and my kids have dropped them on the floor and I haven’t lost (or even chipped) one in the four years I’ve had them.

Prime Day food and drink deals

We’re going to be real with you: Prime Day food and drink deals aren’t going to change your life. You’re usually only saving a buck or two on snacks. That said, it is a great time to restock pricier pantry items or grab the things you go through fast. Think protein powders, greens blends, and the protein bars you eat every day for breakfast. We also spotted some solid discounts on our favorite electrolyte powders (which somehow cost as much as wine these days?).

If you’re looking to stock up or finally try that fancy pantry item that always feels a little too spendy, now’s your moment.

Electrolyte powders deals

Almost all of our favorite electrolyte powders are on sale—some as high as 36% off. We’re big fans of Cure, an electrolyte packet made with coconut water powder, fruit juice powders, pink Himalayan salt, and natural sweeteners (monk fruit and stevia). They’re sweet without being too sweet, refreshingly tart, and salty in a way that makes you want another sip.
