HUNTINGTON, NY — Two men were arrested Wednesday after officers found marijuana, THC products, and flavored vape items being sold during a compliance check at a Huntington business, according to Suffolk County police.

Officers executed a search warrant at Huntington Village Vapes and Canna Culture, located at 4 Elm St., on Wednesday.

Investigators seized 86 boxes of marijuana, THC products, flavored vapes, and cash, police said. The town also issued multiple building and fire code violations.

Police said the shop’s owner, Ryan Casillo, 42, of East Northport, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of cannabis, both misdemeanors. An employee, Ryan Lembeck, 30, of Huntington, was charged with sale of cannabis without a license, a misdemeanor, and unlawful sale of cannabis.

Both men were released on desk appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip in December.
