HOLYOKE – Marijuana retailer Holyoke 420 is suing the city, escalating its demand that the city refund $291,912 in community impact fees paid under an agreement with the city.

Holyoke 420 – doing business at 380 Dwight St., as Holyoke Cannabis – opened in 2021.
