Meta and Pinterest have made large donations to the Molly Rose Foundation, internet safety charity set up in memory of 14-year old Molly Russell, reports BBC News. She committed suicide in 2017 after exposure to self-harm/suicide content on the platforms, with a coroner ruling that the negative impact of online content contributed to her suicide.
