Rich Dad Poor Dad Author Predicts Bitcoin Price by End of 2025
April 21, 2025
Robert Kiyosaki, the renowned financial expert and author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” has reaffirmed his bullish outlook for Bitcoin this year.
In a tweet yesterday, Kiyosaki highlighted that Bitcoin was trading at $84,000, a bargain compared to the heights he expects the pioneering cryptocurrency to reach before the end of the year. Notably, BTC has appreciated considerably since his tweet, conquering the $86,000 resistance to trade at $87,436.
Author Reiterates Bullish Bitcoin Stance
In his latest commentary, the financial author again expressed his bullish outlook on Bitcoin’s near-term potential. According to him, the leading cryptocurrency would reach between $180,000 and $200,000 before the end of 2025.
Interestingly, these targets are not far-fetched, considering Bitcoin’s current price and its historical price action, especially during this phase of the bull run. For context, Bitcoin surged 138% from its opening price in 2021 to an all-time high of $69,080 at the time before relinquishing some of its gains.
Meanwhile, a surge to $180,000 and $200,000 from BTC’s price at the time of writing would result in a 106% and 129% rally. Notably, this prediction aligns with other bullish forecasts for the crypto firstborn.
Other Bitcoin to $200,000 Prediction
With $100,000 already in the bag for Bitcoin, several market observers see the asset extending its grasp of a six-figure value. Prominent asset manager Bitwise believes BTC will reach $200,000 this cycle amid bullish macroeconomic factors.
Brokerage firm Bernstein also shares a similar outlook. According to analysts at the firm, Bitcoin could breach $200,000 before 2025 ends. Other predictions aligning with the price mark include those from Standard Chartered and market veteran Peter Brandt. Notably, the latter recently revised his earlier outlook to a more bearish stance due to the asset’s lackluster price action this year.
Reactions to Kiyosaki’s Predictions
Meanwhile, Kiyosaki’s Bitcoin prediction has crypto enthusiasts talking, especially given the author’s inconsistent outlook. For context, the financial author predicted last December that Bitcoin would hit $350,000 in 2025, citing bullish sentiments from Donald Trump’s emergence as US President.
However, by mid-January, Kiyosaki had revised his prediction by a whopping $100,000, setting his new target at $250,000. Furthermore, yesterday’s prediction explicitly mentioned $180,000 or $200,000 by the end of the year, drawing skepticism.
Nonetheless, Kiyosaki gave an open price range on January 2, predicting a surge to between $175,000 and $350,000. This alone encompasses all the subsequent outlooks mentioned.
