Meta Platforms is in advanced talks to raise $29 billion from private equity firms as it invests further in building data centers for artificial intelligence, the Financial Times reported . Apollo Global Management, KKR, Brookfield, Carlyle and Pimco are involved in the discussions.

Meta hopes to raise $3 billion in equity from the firms and then $26 billion in debt, but the structure of the
