Black Friday is here, and we’re updating this story hourly. To find the best deals in every category, follow all of our Black Friday coverage

I’ve been keeping a close eye on Black Friday sales since the month began — that’s how early sales started this year — and I spent all day yesterday rounding up the more than 300 deals worth shopping. So I know which deals are actually worth your time. While every deal on my megalist is truly worthy, here, I’ve taken an extra-critical eye to all the deals and rounded up just the top two dozen or so that I think are the best of the best. Everything here has earned a spot because it’s at its lowest price ever, is rarely on sale, or is just excellent products that I (or my fellow Strategist staffers) highly recommend. Everything is still available, as of now, and while I expect many of these deals to continue over the whole weekend, you never know. We saw plenty of things sell our yesterday, and deals could end at any moment.

The simplest pair of AirPods is the best price we’ve ever seen — $69 at both Amazon and Walmart. Apple everything has been the runaway favorite of readers this year, and some pairs of AirPods, like the 2’s, sold out, so if you want these, I’d grab them now.

Cyber Week is a great time to get LEGOs on sale. They’re a great gift for kids and adults, and discounts go up to 50 percent off. But a set everyone can enjoy is this classic building box with 850 pieces you can use to create anything you want.

Discounts on Melissa & Doug stuff are particularly steep at both Amazon and Walmart (and a favorite kids’ gift of writer Martha Tuber).

Although it launched only a little over a month ago, the new Toniebox 2 is on sale for nearly 30 percent off for Black Friday.

Alex Mill’s Nico cardigan (which Strategist readers bought in droves last Black Friday) is $107, and the striped version is even cheaper at $99.

Everything at Lands’ End is 50 percent off, which is just about the best deal the brand offers. And most things are an extra 12 percent off that with the code FRIDAY50. You’ll get a lot of use from our best layerable turtleneck in the upcoming months.

If you don’t mind doing a little digging, Anthropologie’s sale-on-sale is absolutely worth it. Already-on-sale items are an extra 50 percent off at checkout, making this cute top for holiday parties nearly 70 percent off.

This nice-looking shirt from the Strategist Menswear 100 is half off and comes in over a dozen colors.

Levi’s has many sales throughout the year, but the discount usually caps at 30 percent off. But for Cyber Week, that has increased to 40 percent off sitewide for men’s and women’s apparel and 50 percent off kids’ things.

These Best in Class pajamas are 50 percent off as part of J.Crew’s sitewide sale.

For its only sale all year, absolutely everything — even its sale section — is 25 percent off at Hill House through December 1 with the code EVERYTHING25. I have my eye on its fluffy bathrobe.

Gap’s cashmerelike sweaters, scarves, and beanies make a great gift for yourself and everyone on your list, and they’re all at least 50 percent off. This stretchy hat is only $13 and comes in six neutrals.

Our No. 1 underwear is at its best price ever: just $5.

I usually say that any discount under 20 percent off is not a good deal, but Blundstones — the boots of choice for many Strategist staffersnever go on sale, so 15 percent off is actually a great deal. Go with the classic Chelsea boots.

Always worth mentioning a nice discount on one of Lululemon’s much-loved belt bags.

Baggu’s only sitewide sale of the year is going on right now. Everything is 25 percent off, including sale items. A few other retailers, including Urban Outfitters and Ban.do, are price-matching if you’d rather shop elsewhere, though.

The magnesium-oil spray that our contributor Diksha Basu (a former tosser and turner) uses to fall asleep and stay asleep is 35 percent off at Amazon when you apply the on-site coupon. It’s a few dollars more at Nordstrom if you’d prefer to shop there.

Clinique’s “your lips but better” lipstick is 30 percent off everywhere it’s sold. It makes an excellent gift — I’m buying a tube for my mom!

At Glossier, everything is 25 percent off, and orders over $100 are 30 percent off. But a few items, like this light-as-air skin tint and a trio of Balm Dotcoms, are discounted even more.

The best times to buy COSRx’s ever-popular snail-mucin essence are Prime Day and Black Friday. It’s down to a very good price at $13 right now. (And if it happens to sell out at Amazon, it’s $15 at Soko Glam.)

Verb makes our best overall conditioner. It’s 30 percent off pretty much everywhere, so it’s definitely time for a restock. (Junior writer Bella Druckman says she started using it recently and has never received so many compliments on her hair.)

Baby Foot’s magical exfoliating socks are on sale for 30 percent off, which is the highest discount I’ve seen in a long time.

Everything is 30 percent off, and select items are up to 50 percent off at Boy Smells. Shipping is free once you hit $50; if you plan to spend less than that, you might want to check out on Amazon.

The Coop is already more affordable than most of our other favorite pillows, but it’s even cheaper right now: $63 at Amazon and $64 at the brand’s own site.

The Moccamaster not only looks good; it makes “extremely good coffee,” according to our senior writer Emma Wartzman. The price has been fluctuating throughout the day, but most colors are around $240 — a very good deal!

Away’s only sitewide sale of the year is here and includes our best overall carry-on suitcase. Amazon is price-matching.

OtterBox’s sturdy phone cases are up to 50 percent off. “I like that it never looks dirty ever and doesn’t add too much extra surface to the phone,” said managing editor Kelsie Schrader of her Symmetry.
