8 cannabis packages removed from safety bulletin warning

December 20, 2025

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – On Friday, Dec. 19, the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board amended a Public Health and Safety Bulletin to remove eight packages that were determined to be unaffected and are permitted to be sold, according to an agency news release.

Those items have been removed from the graphic’s product list.

The original notice was issued on Friday, Dec. 12.

Cannabis and cannabis products harvested by Greenway Medical, LLC, between August 2025 to November 2025 were affected, the release said.

Those items had been treated with Eagle 20, an unapproved pesticide that was not applied in accordance with its label, the release said.

Affected products may include cannabis flower, shake/trim and uninfused pre-rolls, infused edibles, infused flower, infused pre-rolls, or cannabis concentrates, according to the release.

The item name may not specify the name of the product brand so consumers can verify the lot number or production run number as it appears on the product label, the release explained.

Cannabis products sold by a licensed cannabis sales facility should have a product label with a lot number or production run number.
