The start of a new year is a good time to take stock of your kitchen and get rid of the things that no longer serve you. Like, is that single-use appliance really worth the countertop space? Or are your frying pans actually doing everything you need them to do? Personally, I’m rethinking my pots situation. I haven’t bought a new one in more than a decade, and I’ve been ignoring their signs of age and the effects they may have on my meals.
