Josh is a senior associate in the corporate practice. He advises financial institutions, project sponsors and developers on a variety of United States and cross-border project finance and development transactions, with an emphasis on renewable and clean energy technologies.
Prior to joining Akin, Josh was a senior associate in the energy and infrastructure group at another leading global law firm in New York.
