Search under way for government investment advisor

The Government of Jersey has announced it is looking for a new independent investment advisor.

It is hoped the successful applicant would provide high quality strategic and ongoing advisory services across the States’ investment portfolios, which is valued at about £5bn.

The role would deliver investment advice to the minister, the treasurer of the States and the treasury advisory panel, focusing on investment strategy formulation, market intelligence, risk management, investment due diligence, and performance oversight.

The expression of interest has already opened and is set to close on 30 April at 14:00 BST.
