About 1 in 10 car owners in the Netherlands say they are considering switching to an electric vehicle due to rising fuel costs, according to a representative Hart van Nederland panel survey of more than 2,000 respondents.The survey shows that 9 percent of Dutch car owners are thinking about moving to a hybrid or fully electric car. Only 1 percent say they intend to buy an electric vehicle in the near term.
