(Reuters) – A U.S. judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit accusing Amazon.com of defrauding shareholders with false and misleading statements about the online retailer’s treatment of third-party sellers and plans for capacity expansion.

The dismissal by U.S. District Judge John Chun in Seattle, where Amazon is based, was with prejudice, meaning the lawsuit cannot be brought again.
