Amazon Europe Core has said it may appeal a Luxembourg court decision that upheld a fine of 746 million euros imposed in 2021 for violations of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. The effects of authority’s decision remain suspended during a possible appeal to the Administrative Court of its ruling, Luxembourg’s data protection authority said today.
