An Update on Meta Quest Pricing

April 22, 2026

Starting April 19, 2026, we’ll be increasing the prices for our Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S headsets.

We’re making this change because the cost of building high-performance VR hardware has risen significantly. The global surge in the price of critical components — specifically memory chips — is impacting almost every category of consumer electronics, including VR. To keep delivering the quality of hardware, software, and support you expect from the Quest platform, we need to adjust our pricing.

The new pricing for the lineup will be:

  • Meta Quest 3S (128 GB): $349.99
  • Meta Quest 3S (256 GB): $449.99
  • Meta Quest 3 (512 GB): $599.99

Updated pricing will also apply to Meta Quest refurbished units, while all Meta Quest accessories will stay at their current prices. For those outside the US, you can find international pricing below.

Even with these changes, Meta Quest 3 and 3S remain the best-value headsets on the market. And Quest headsets keep getting better long after you buy them. We’re constantly rolling out updates, like our new modernized Navigator interface and features like Surface Keyboard and Touchpad — and the library of games continues to grow with new titles like Forefront, Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes, and the upcomingTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City, all launching later this month.

Meta remains committed to investing in VR and leading the category because we believe this is the future of computing. We have a long-term roadmap full of new hardware and experiences, and this adjustment helps us stay on track to deliver that future.

The new pricing for Quest 3/3S is as follows. For all other markets, please check with your local retailer or Meta.com where it is available.
