A unit of US alternative investment manager Ares Management Corporation (NYSE:ARES) has sealed a EUR-2-billion (USD 2.30bn) deal to take a 20% stake in Plenitude, the renewables arm of Italian oil and gas major Eni SpA (BIT:ENI).
