Joe, a 14-year veteran at Meta, currently leads the company’s Southeast Asia business and has held various key leadership roles over the years. He began his journey with Meta in the United States, working in new business development on the Growth team, later serving as Country Director for Korea. Before joining Meta, he worked at McKinsey & Company and IBM.

“I’m delighted to share that Benjamin Joe has been appointed as my successor,” said Neary. “Ben’s deep understanding of our company and region, as well as his ability to build high-performing teams and help businesses grow, will serve him well in his new role.”
