Binance Adds 7,000 U.S. Stocks and ETFs as Crypto Platforms Push Into Brokerage Territory
June 1, 2026
Binance is pushing further into traditional finance with a stock and ETF trading rollout that brings more than 7,000 U.S.-listed securities into the same app where users already trade digital assets.
The exchange said Monday that eligible users can now access U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds alongside crypto tokens, with fractional-share investing starting at $5. Binance is also offering 24/5 trading for select securities, extending the market-access rhythm closer to the always-on behaviour crypto traders already expect.
The launch puts Binance more directly into the brokerage-style race already drawing crypto exchanges, fintech apps and retail trading platforms toward the same product map. Coinbase (NASDAQ: $COIN) and Robinhood (NASDAQ: $HOOD) have been building around a similar idea: one account for crypto, equities and other market exposure, rather than separate apps for each asset class.

Binance is framing the rollout as part of a broader push to become a multi-asset financial super app. The company said purchases will primarily settle in USDC (CRYPTO: $USDC), with support for BNB (CRYPTO: $BNB), USDT (CRYPTO: $USDT), USD1 (CRYPTO: $USD1) and $U, while proceeds from stock sales will be received in USDC. Users will also have direct ownership of equities held through a U.S.-regulated clearing broker, including eligibility for applicable dividends and corporate actions.
The next piece is tokenization. Binance said it plans to introduce bStocks in the coming weeks, subject to regulatory approvals. Those products will represent select U.S. stocks and ETFs through tokenized securities issued by BTECH Holdings Ltd., a special-purpose vehicle registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
Co-founder and co-CEO Yi He said Binance is trying to make it easier for users to move across asset classes and between traditional investing and on-chain finance. That is the larger market read here: Binance is not just adding another product tab, it is trying to make the boundary between crypto trading and stock-market access feel less visible.
BNB (CRYPTO: $BNB) is currently trading at $693.53 U.S. per digital token.
