Just over a month after it promoted two lawyers to its tax partnership, Recommended Brazilian firm Finocchio & Ustra Advogados has bolstered its offering by promoting the head of its environment and regulatory practice to the senior rank and recruiting the former principal legal for Brazil from BHP to co-lead that same department as partner.
