Cannabis company TWGDH LLC receives emergency suspension following investigation

January 26, 2026

PONCA CITY, Okla. — Cannabis company TWGDH LLC received an emergency suspension following an investigation and enforcement operation carried out by various local and state agencies.

According to law enforcement, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA), the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal (OKSFM), Liquified Petroleum Gas Administration (LP Gas), the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) and multiple Kay County authorities collaborated on the enforcement operation.

Local law enforcement stated they served a search warrant on Jan. 16.

By law, marijuana products must be entered into the state inventory tracking system; however, during the search, officers said they discovered multiple medical marijuana and marijuana products that hadn’t been reported, including 70 kilograms of shake and trim, 1,700 clones and about 16.9 kilograms of flower and bud.

According to investigators, they also found several vapes with California packaging.

“Each of these law enforcement officers, with support of their agencies, are committed to preserving and protecting the safety of the citizens of Kay County,” said Kay County District Attorney Brian Hermanson.

Law enforcement stated the company also didn’t have a valid Certificate of Occupancy and were using additional buildings that weren’t licensed to hold marijuana products.

OMMA’s Office of Investigations and Enforcement stated, “Thank you to the Kay County officials who assisted, as well as the OHP and all the other agencies involved. This unified front is essential to protecting public health and safety and preventing bad actors from skirting state laws. By working with our local, county and state law enforcement partners, we are ensuring that businesses operating illegally have no place to hide in the licensed medical market.”

While the emergency suspension remains in place, TWGDH LLC is banned from cultivating, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products.
