Newington-based East Coast Growers plans to establish a 70,000-square-foot cannabis cultivation center in an industrial building in East Hartford. Rather than construct a new building, the company will extensively remodel and modernize the aging warehouse complex that runs along about a block of Park Avenue roughly between Deerfield and Michael avenues.
