AUGUSTA, Maine (WGME) – The Maine Office of Cannabis Policy is recalling certain cannabis flower and pre-rolls due to unsafe levels of yeast, mold, microbials, and arsenic.

The recall is for select adult use cannabis flower and pre-rolls produced by NorCO Outdoor Cannabis. This includes flower and pre-rolls of the strains “Frosted Enigma” and “Gold Dust,” and pre-rolls of the strains “Blackberry Pie,” “Sour Cookies,” and “Street Tartz.”

The affected products were sold at 22 adult use cannabis retail stores located in Auburn, Augusta, Bangor, Casco, Guilford, Lewiston, Milo, Northport, Peru, Poland, Portland, Presque Isle, Rockland, Sanford, Southwest Harbor, Warren, and Waterville.

As part of an ongoing investigation related to the last NorCO product recall, the Office of Cannabis Policy conducted testing on additional cannabis and cannabis products from that licensee. Officials say these additional products are being recalled due to test results that showed varying unsafe levels of yeast, mold, microbials, and arsenic.

Consumers who bought these products should return them to the retailer or dispose of them. Any consumer who has ingested these products and is experiencing symptoms or adverse reactions should contact a health care provider immediately or dial 911 if there is a medical emergency.

All adult use cannabis is required to have a label affixed to the package that indicates the product’s batch number. Consumers should check the label of their flower and/or pre-rolls for the batch number listed below under “Product Information.”

This recall affects the following products sold in Maine between October 15, 2025, and December 2, 2025.
