HARRISBURG — A bill to legalize adult-use cannabis in Pennsylvania has passed a key hurdle. The Cannabis Health & Safety Act, or House Bill 1200, was approved Monday by the House Health Committee in a 14-12 party-line vote. The measure now moves to the full House for consideration. Sponsored by Democratic Representatives Rick Krajewski and
