A North Carolina federal district court denied Recovery Innovations’ motion to dismiss Title VII of the Civil Rights Act sex harassment claims brought by a female peer support specialist with post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, as well as a class of female employees, finding the supervisor’s alleged conduct — including sexual comments, unwanted touching, and explicit photos — was sufficiently severe and pervasive to alter working conditions.
