Barros & Errázuriz Abogados has helped Chilean utilities company Colbún ink a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Miami-headquartered Atlas Renewable Energy, which concurrently obtained US$510 million in financing to construct a battery storage project (BESS) in Chile as part of the agreement.
