The Senate on Thursday approved legislation along party lines to scrap Biden-era Department of Energy efficiency rules affecting refrigerators.

It’s the latest Congressional Review Act resolution to clear both chambers. But unlike other measures against President Joe Biden’s initiatives, this one didn’t get any Democratic support in the Senate. The vote was 53-42.

H.J. Res. 24, from Rep. Stephanie Bice (R-Okla.), would undo efficiency standards for walk-in coolers and freezers. The House earlier this month also passed H.J. Res. 75 against rules for commercial refrigerators and freezers. Both got some Democratic support in the lower chamber.

“These Congressional Review Act resolutions are a critical part of our work to eliminate costly and burdensome regulations that failed to serve the American people,” House Energy and Commerce Republican leaders said in a statement.
