The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) made the announced that it will hold license application lotteries on June 5.

These lotteries are for social equity and general applicants across three types of licenses that are important to establish a solid supply chain: cannabis cultivator, cannabis manufacturer, and cannabis mezzobusiness.

The OCM will also hold a lottery for those social equity applicants applying for a cannabis retailer license on that same day. A lottery for general applicants in the cannabis retailer license category will happen later in the summer.

The lotteries will be livestreamed on the OCM YouTube channel. Results will be published to their website and shared with applicants once the drawing is done.
