Deriva Energy Signs Lease for One South in Uptown Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Deriva Energy, a leading national developer, owner and operator of renewable energy projects, today announced that it signed a new lease at One South, the premier 40-story, Class-A office tower located at the intersection of Trade & Tryon in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
Deriva Energy will occupy 33,606 square feet at One South, with plans to move in by late fall 2025. The new office will serve as the headquarters for Deriva, supporting its mission of delivering reliable, sustainable energy solutions across the country.
