Division of Cannabis Regulation revokes 25 microbusiness licenses
April 14, 2025
The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation announced Monday that it revoked 25 microbusiness cannabis facility licenses during its second round of licensing, including one from mid-Missouri.
According to a news release from DCR, 24 of the licenses were revoked for failing to demonstrate that the licenses were majority owned and operated by eligible people. One was revoked for a disqualifying felony offense.
One of the licenses revoked belonged to Potent Pals, located in Moberly.
The DCR did not state why it revoked Potent Pals’ license.
In October 2024, DCR reportedly issued 32 Notices of Pending Revocations for microbusiness licenses that were awarded during the second round of lottery applications for licenses in July 2024.
The microbusinesses were then given 30 days to respond to the allegations and prove why its license should not be revoked. Seven NOPR licenses were able to satisfy the requirements and were not suspended.
