Dressers sold on Amazon recalled due to tip-over, serious injury risk

articleA dresser brand is being recalled because if it isn’t anchored to a wall, it poses tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in injuries or death to children.
In a recall notice from the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the agency said the dressers were sold on Amazon between June 2025 and August 2025 for $76, but warned consumers that the item violates the mandatory standard under the STURDY Act.

There have been no reports of injuries connected to the dresser, the CPSC noted.

The Bealife 5-Drawer Dressers are white and measure roughly 32 inches high by 28 inches wide by 16 inches deep.
Shenzhen Quanyuanfa Trading Co. Ltd., doing business as Bealife, announced a recall for 410 dressers on October 23.

According to the Consumer Product Safey Commission, the model number AP23-W is printed on the product packaging. However, the model number does not appear on the dresser itself.

What you can do:
Consumers with the recalled dressers should stop using them immediately if the item isn’t anchored to a wall and put them in a place inaccessible to children.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission also encourages customers to call Bealife for instructions on how to discard the dressers and will be required to email a photo showing disposal of the product to info@bealifehome.com to get a full refund.
