Drive-through for cannabis facility approved
April 2, 2025
The Creve Coeur City Council unanimously approved a bill on March 24 allowing an existing marijuana dispensary in the southeast section of they city to include a drive-through facility.
The ground floor of the building at 105 North Lindbergh Blvd., just north of Ladue Road, began operation as a dispensary in 2021 and was sold last year with a name change to Key Cannabis Dispensary. There was already a drive-through facility in the back that a former tenant, PNC Bank, built in 2004. It will now be converted for cannabis delivery use.
This came on the heels of a 4-2 vote for approval at the March 3 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
It will be a single, drive-through lane configuration with a pick-up window. Orders must be placed via website prior to arrival. It will be open 8 a.m.-10 p.m. daily, the same hours as the site’s walk-in retail component.
Director of Community Development Jason Jaggi noted an addition to what was included in the original bill.
“I want council to know that AT&T (also on the premises) has inquired with my office about the possibility of installing chains to block access to their parking lot,” Jaggi said. “It’s something that was a concern with council and it was something that was discussed at the Planning & Zoning Commission. So, we have given them some guidance on being able to do that. These will just be little chains that say ‘private area,’ and I know the code enforcement staff is also working with them on some repairs to that parking lot.”
