Eastpointe resident Jennifer Nicholas has repeatedly asked councilwoman Margaret Podsiadlik her reason for pushing for midnight closing times for city cannabis dispensaries despite the businesses themselves not requesting it and has not received an answer.

An Eastpointe resident has been asking Councilwoman Margaret Podsiadlik for an explanation regarding her motion to keep cannabis dispensaries in the city open until midnight and to date, the councilwoman has not responded to the resident.
