Green Point Wellness is expanding its footprint in Anne Arundel County with the opening of The Edge, a new collaboration retail dispensary in Edgewater that emphasizes social equity, community access, and patient-focused service.

The Edge, located at 85 Stewart Drive in Edgewater, held its grand opening on Saturday, November 22, just days before Green Wednesday, one of the busiest cannabis shopping days of the year.

The celebration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with State Senator Pamela Beidle at noon, along with hot chocolate, a donut bar, and special surprises for customers throughout the day.

“Our goal has always been to serve Marylanders with compassion, expertise, and integrity,” said Natalie Thibeault, co-owner of The Edge. “With The Edge, we’re excited to bring our signature approach to the Edgewater community—creating a space where both new and experienced cannabis consumers can feel welcome, informed, and cared for”.

The Edge represents a milestone collaboration between Green Point Wellness and Maryland social equity license holders Lane Bruns and Natalie Thibeault. The partnership reflects Green Point’s stated commitment to expanding equitable opportunities within the state’s cannabis industry while remaining locally owned and operated.

Green Point Wellness has built its brand around wellness, education, and community engagement, operating three other successful dispensaries across Maryland.

The new Edgewater dispensary is designed for both convenience and access. The site features:

• A priority line for medical cannabis patients

Dispensary agents at The Edge are trained to work closely with seniors, helping them navigate product options and dosing information in a setting that is intended to be senior friendly and approachable.
