GS Chairman Huh Tae-soo met with Amazon Web Services CEO Matt Garman at the APEC CEO Summit held in Gyeongju on the 29th to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the two companies in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) transition.

At the meeting, GS Chairman Huh Tae-soo and CEO Matt Garman decided to strengthen their ongoing partnership by utilizing AWS’ cloud technology.

At the meeting, Chairman Huh also exchanged opinions on the development of ‘Ageptic AI’ as chairman of the AI Innovation Committee of the Korea Business Association (Kyunghyup). At the same time, it is reported that they exchanged opinions to develop AI innovation by Korean companies. The Korea Economic Association is the first economic organization to establish an AI-related consultative body.
