Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has formed a new joint venture partnership with automotive parts manufacturer Samvardhana Motherson International to target the automotive industry.

Through the partnership, the two companies will establish a “global automotive logistics company” that will serve as a “high‑performance logistics backbone supporting both partners’ objectives for sustainable growth in the automotive sector”.

As well as providing automotive parts manufacturing, Samvardhana Motherson International also provides logistics services through the Motherson Group.

The new company will launch operations in June 2026 and will initially be managed from the JV’s headquarters in Dubai.

Further operational locations in Europe, North America, India, and the Middle East are planned as the business expands.
