Hinesburg, Fairfax residents vote down cannabis measures

HINESBURG, Vt. (WCAX) – Four Vermont communities voted on retail cannabis on this Town Meeting Day.
In Hinesburg, residents rejected their measure by just six votes.

Fairfax voters also rejected their measure, though by a larger margin.
We’re still waiting on results from Concord and Wilmington. In Wilmington, residents were voting on whether to rescind their cannabis ordinance.
