When is Cyber Monday 2025? 

Cyber Monday takes place on Dec. 1 this year. During the sale, retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target, cut prices on thousands of products (and many products from brands Amazon owns, like Kindle, Alexa, Ring, and more). Unlike Prime Day, which mainly discounts Amazon products, Cyber Monday is the universal day of deals. Since more retailers participate, there’s more competition (and sometimes better deals). 

Are Kindles really cheaper on Cyber Monday? 

Because Kindles fall under one of the many brands Amazon owns, Amazon will normally drop prices during Black Friday and Cyber Monday on them. I’ve been covering these Kindle deals for over two years, and there is always a price drop on the devices during the sale event.
