Ørsted’s dedicated innovation team initiates and coordinates wide-ranging innovation projects, which must pass through our structured innovation pipeline. More generally, we promote innovation as a company-wide mindset that drives everything we do.

Collaborative innovation

At Ørsted, we believe that innovation thrives in collaboration. Our teams work closely with universities, startups, suppliers, and local communities to co-develop solutions with real-world impact. Internally, our Innovation team acts as a hub for emerging technologies and business models, helping our global organisation test, scale, and commercialise new ideas.
