NHC tags Invest 95-L in the Atlantic; watching low in Gulf

A tropical wave that we’ve been tracking for about a week has now been tagged Invest-95 by the National Hurricane Center. That means that we are now able to run computer models.For now, the system is in the open Atlantic, several hundred miles from the coast of the Cabo Verde islands, but is working toward the Caribbean islands.
