Italian cybersecurity enterprise firm Cleafy secured a 12 million euros Series B round with the support of Giovannelli e Associati and attracted the resources of United Ventures which hired Longhini and Ecapital V Technologies Fonds that received assistance BonelliErede (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ZNR acted as public notary. Cleafy attracted 22 million since Matteo Bogana (ceo), Niccolò Pastore and Carmine Giangregorio founded it in 2014. Fabio Pirovano is a partner of United Ventures. TeamSystem, a portfolio company of Hellmann&Friedmann, HG Capital, Silver Lake Partners, ADIA, and Alphabet CapitalG (fka Google Capital), acquired Nibol, a Milan’s workplace management player that Riccardo Suardi founded in 2018 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In 2023, the company attracted one million euros from CDP Venture Capital that carried on an exit with this deal. Federico Leproux is the ceo of TeamSystem which retained PwC and Laward. Nibol received assistance from Cazzani – Studio Legale. Lumen II, a seed investments vehicle that Ulixes (Banca Popolare di Fondi) and Lumen Ventures for the insurtech, fintech, digital health and cybersecurity sectors, reached its first undisclosed closing ahead of a 100 million euros hard cap (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund attracted the resources of CDP Venture Capital, Fondazione ENPAM, Banca Popolare di Fondi, Banca Popolare di Cortona, Banca Valsabbina, and Banca Popolare Pugliese. Luca Adinolfi, Davide Fioranelli and Daniele Vadori head Lumen, an ex-art 8 SFDR compliant fund that aims to allocate 70% of its resources in Italy and 30% abroad. Gianluca Marzinotto is the chairman of Ulixes.
