I’ve found over 70 Black Friday PC gaming deals in Australia, but these are the 10 I’d act

The Aussie PC Gamer team has spent all week hunting for Black Friday PC gaming deals. Our voluminous Black Friday hub currently has over 70 deals, which is a hell of a lot, even if it does conspicuously lack some crucial categories (good luck finding a cheap GPU out there, folks).

As weirdly proud as we are to have found so many PC gaming deals, it’s obviously a little too much to take at once for some mere mortals. So I figured it might be useful to take a personal approach: below, Ben Mansill and I have selected five each of the Black Friday PC gaming products that we ourselves want to buy or already own.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: If I was looking for a cheap and cheerful gaming headset, possibly as a stocking stuffer for a kid gamer (don’t read this, my children), I’d snap this up immediately.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: If I hadn’t already played this modern JRPG classic at launch, I’d dive bomb to exploit this 55% discount. This game will go down in history, just you wait.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: This is my favourite gamepad for PC and I use it every single day. I reviewed it very favourably upon launchβ€”its pro features and affordability blow most of the competition away.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: This is the gaming keyboard I use every day. I’m using it to type this little blurb. You could knock a man out with it. I love it.

πŸ“£ Ben says: I’ve never seen a ROG keyboard that hasn’t blown me away with its design and construction quality, so finding the ROG Falchion RX at a hundred bucks off is pretty exciting.

πŸ“£ Ben says: Are you serious? A Samsung G5 QHD HDR10 27-inch 165Hz curved monitor for AU$199?! Get me some of that.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: Every big sales event I consider buying a VR headset, but chicken out at the last moment. Will 2025 be the year I finally cave? I kinda hope so.

πŸ“£ Shaun says: I’m well overdue a new chair that could double as a gaming throne and a home office seat. This is a touch out of my price range, even with the discount, but I can dream.

πŸ“£ Ben says: If I didn’t already have a nice lappy, I’d be all over this MSI Thin 15. It’s basic with a Core i5 and RTX 5050, but it’s also going for just AU$899 right now.

πŸ“£ Ben says: Once you’ve gone down the ultrawide path, there’s no going back, so to see this Philips Envia 8000 34-incher so cheap is wild. AND IT’S A QD OLED!
